Terms and Conditions

1. No extra guest allowed unless authorized, this means tents, rv's, etc. Children 12 and under free, additional guest $10.00 each per night.
2. Reservation will be held by credit card only. The reservation deposit, 50% of the total, is nonrefundable (no exceptions). If you need to cancel your reservation, please call Ocean Escapes two (2) weeks before your scheduled stay to avoid being charged in full. In case of an emergency preventing you from making your scheduled reservation, please contact Ocean Escapes as soon as possible at 360.268.0100 to avoid being charged in full.
3. There will be a $100.00 fee charged to the cardholder for smoking indoors in any of Ocean Escapes properties!
4. Some of our properties allow for pets some do not! If you violate this policy you will pay a $250.00 deep cleaning fee!
5. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the cardholder. The cardholder is responsible for for all guests and pets.
6. Check in is at 4:00 P.M. Check out is at noon. No exceptions!
7. Washinton state law requires that a lodging tax be applied, currently 11.3%.
8. A two night stay required on holidays and weekends during peak season. May 15th- Sept.15th.
